1. TO ENTER: Beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 6/28/09 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 11/7/09 ("Promotion Period"), log on to www.reynoldswrapgrilling.com and follow the instructions to submit an entry. All entries must include your name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes accepted), daytime telephone number with area code, e-mail address and date of birth. To be entered into any of nineteen (19) Weekly Drawings to be held during the Promotion Period, you must submit an entry during the Weekly Entry Period for that drawing. The "Weekly Entry Period" for each Weekly Drawing is defined as the seven (7) day period beginning 12:00:01 a.m. ET on a Sunday through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the following Saturday during the Promotion Period. To be eligible for each Weekly Drawing, you must enter at least one (1) entry during each Weekly Entry Period. Each entry is only eligible for inclusion in the Weekly Drawing corresponding to the week the entry was made. Non-winning entries will not roll over into subsequent Weekly Drawings. Limit: One (1) entry per person/household/e-mail address, per "day" during the Promotion Period. A "Day" is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. through 11:59:59 p.m. each day during the Promotion Period. If more than one (1) entry is received from the same person, household or e-mail address in a given day, all such entries received will be disqualified. Limit: One (1) prize per person, family, household or street address during the Promotion Period. All entries become the exclusive property of Reynolds Consumer Products, Inc. ("Sponsor"), and will not be returned or acknowledged. Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address used to submit the entry will be deemed the entrant. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder. Sponsor not responsible for entry submissions received after the deadline, incomplete information, incomplete transmission defaults, computer server failure, human error, or delayed, garbled or corrupted data. Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that e-mail address becoming ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes without notice if, in Sponsor's sole discretion, the Sweepstakes becomes infected or otherwise corrupted. Sponsor will select winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor, or in any other manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 6/28/09 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 11/7/09.
2. PRIZES/ODDS: RACING TRIP PACKAGE (2): Two (2) winners will each receive a trip for winner and one (1) guest to the Texas Motor Speedway on November 8, 2009 to attend a race and meet Richard Petty. Trip includes round-trip coach airfare for winner and guest from the major airport nearest winner's residence (as chosen by Sponsor) to Fort Worth, Texas; 3-day/2-night hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy; hotel to be chosen by Sponsor); airport/hotel transfers in Fort Worth, Texas; transportation from hotel to Texas Motor Speedway and back on November 8; Two (2) tickets to the race; and an opportunity to meet Richard Petty. If Richard Petty becomes unavailable for any reason, the Meet and Greet portion of the prize will be awarded in the form of a $100 check at the Sponsor's sole discretion. If Racing Trip Package winner resides within 200 miles of Texas Motor Speedway, round-trip ground transportation from winner's residence to Texas Motor Speedway may be substituted for airfare at Sponsor's sole discretion and no cash difference will be awarded. In the event a guest is a minor, that guest must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and must be able to travel 11/7/09-11/9/09. If potential Grand Prize winner cannot travel on the dates provided above, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") Of Racing Trip Package: $4,000 Each. Actual Retail Value of Racing Trip Package may vary depending on the city of departure. Any difference between Approximate Retail Value and Actual Retail Value of prize will not be awarded. RICHARD PETTY DRIVING EXPERIENCE (8):Eight (8) winners will each receive a Richard Petty Driving Experience. Trip includes round-trip coach airfare for winner to a Richard Petty Driving Experience location in or close to winner's state of residence, which will be chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion; 2-day/1-night hotel accommodations for winner; airport/hotel transfers; and transportation from hotel to Richard Petty Driving Experience location and back. If Richard Petty Driving Experience winner resides within 200 miles of the Richard Petty Driving Experience location chosen by Sponsor, round-trip ground transportation from winner’s residence to Richard Petty Driving Experience location may be substituted for airfare at Sponsor’s sole discretion and no cash difference will be awarded. Richard Petty Driving Experience winners must agree to adhere to any restrictions and/or terms and conditions for participation as required by Richard Petty Driving Experience. Winner must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle to drive a car at the driving experience or he/she will be required to participate as a passenger. Potential winner must be available for travel prior to 12/31/10. Should potential winner be unable to accept prize for any reason, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected. No substitutions will be allowed. ARV Of Richard Petty Driving Experience: $1,249 Each. Actual Retail Value of prize may vary depending on the city of departure and selected Richard Petty Driving Experience location. Any difference between Approximate Retail Value and Actual Retail Value of prize will not be awarded. AUTOGRAPHED DIE-CAST CARS (5): Five (5) winners will each receive a collection of three (3) autographed Richard Petty die-cast cars. ARV Of Autographed Die-Cast Car Set: $230 Each. REYNOLDS RACING TEE (25): Twenty-five (25) winners will each receive a Reynolds Racing Tee. ARV Of Reynolds Racing Tee: $23 Each. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $19,717. If any potential prizewinner is unwilling or unable to accept prize offered, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. No substitutions permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. The cash equivalent of any prize is not permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any costs/expenses not expressly stated herein, including but not limited to additional transportation, food and beverages, are the sole responsibility of each winner and their guests (if applicable). Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to any prize and is not responsible for flight or race cancellations/postponements, or weather or track conditions. Sponsor will report the value of each prize as required by law. Sponsor will report value of prizes as required by law and a Form 1099 will be issued for prizes valued over $600.00. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. No transfer or assignment of any prize or portion of any prize is permitted. Odds of winning each prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Weekly Entry Period for that Weekly Drawing. All prizes will be awarded if the number of eligible entries received during the Weekly Entry Period for each Weekly Drawing is equal to or greater than the number of prizes available.
3. DRAWINGS: A total of forty (40) potential winners will be selected in nineteen (19) individual random drawings on or about the dates specified below from all eligible entries received during the Weekly Entry Period for each Weekly Drawing. Each potential winner is eligible to win only the one (1) prize for which their entry was selected for in the Weekly Drawing.

The drawings will be conducted by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final. Non-winning entries will not be carried over into subsequent Weekly Drawings. Potential winners will be notified by phone at the daytime telephone number provided. If, after two attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected. Fulfillment agent must reach potential winner; messages will not be left. In the event of a potential prizewinner’s disqualification for any reason, Sponsor will award the corresponding prize to an alternate potential Weekly Prize winner in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries in the appropriate Weekly Drawing entry pool. Prize will be delivered within approximately 6-8 weeks of verification of eligibility.
4. ELIGIBILITY: No Purchase Necessary. Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older and have Internet access as of 6/28/09. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, agents, sales brokers and advertising, promotion, public relations and fulfillment agencies and affiliates, as well as the immediate family and household members of such employees, are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Each prizewinner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity/Liability Release and, if applicable, a Travel Release. Travel companion must sign a Travel Release/Publicity Release. If travel companion is a minor child, that companion’s parent/legal guardian must execute all necessary releases on behalf of him/herself and his/her minor child and must accompany minor child during all travel and prize-related events. If required, documentation must be returned within the time specified in the notification package or that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PUBLICITY: By accepting a prize, each prizewinner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph or likeness for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation where permitted by law. Winners and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the sweepstakes, agree to release Sponsor, Richard Petty Motorsports, and their respective members, managers and affiliates, Ray Evernham, Kasey Kahne, Elliott Sadler, Reed Sorenson, AJ Allmendinger, George Gillett Jr., and Richard Petty and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development, evolvement and execution of this Sweepstakes from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. Neither Richard Petty Motorsports, their respective members, managers or affiliates, Ray Evernham, Kasey Kahne, Elliott Sadler, Reed Sorenson, AJ Allmendinger, George Gillett Jr. nor Richard Petty are responsible for any aspects of the Sweepstakes and they assume no responsibility or liability with respect thereto, including liability for property damage or personal injury, damages, death or monetary loss.
